Is there anything that doesn't let 2013 SharePoint connect to my office version? The O365 SharePoint that Macy's has I was able to open and link into through Office (by doing the O365 account). But, when I fill it up and click continue, nothing. When a field is blank and I click continue, I do get a message that I need to fill it up. I am on a different domain than the Macy's one, so I do have to input a domain - and on my other computer (PC) I use federated in front of my user name to change my domain in the connection screen. I don't get an error or a clocking as if it is trying or anything. So, I have tried your suggestion, but the continue button just still doesn't seem to work. Your Mac or credentials may not be set up properly in your domain. Try ad\federated if Macy's is using active directory.
